Quick answers
What sizes does the Blue Heaven solar water heater come in?
It is available with 15, 20, 24, 30 or 36 evacuated glass tubes. A rough guide is about 10 litres of hot water per tube, so a 24-tube unit gives around 240 litres. IBEJA International confirms the right size for your household before you buy.
What is the tank made of and how well is it insulated?
The tank is 316L stainless steel, which resists corrosion, and it is wrapped in 55mm of high-density polyurethane foam to hold heat overnight. The collector uses evacuated glass tubes, which absorb solar heat efficiently even in cool, high-altitude conditions.
What warranty comes with it?
Blue Heaven solar water heaters carry a 10-year warranty on the collector and a 2-year warranty on the tank. IBEJA International provides local installation support and after-sales service from Bhaktapur, so you deal with the team that installed your system.
Will I have hot water when the sun is weak?
Yes, if you choose the optional 240V, 2000W electric backup. The evacuated tubes keep collecting heat in low light, and the backup element tops up the water on very cloudy days or during winter, so hot water stays available.
Where is the solar water heater suitable?
It suits homes and apartments, schools and hostels, hospitals and clinics, and hotels, resorts and industrial use. IBEJA International delivers and installs across Kathmandu Valley and nearby cities, and has fitted heaters on Nepali rooftops since 1998.
How do I get a price?
The price depends on the tube count, the roof and the plumbing, so IBEJA International gives a written quote once it knows your location and household size. Call or WhatsApp +977 976-514-2405, or email info@ibejainternational.com with your location and the number of people in your household.
