How much does a solar water heater cost in Nepal?

Who is IBEJA International?
IBEJA International Pvt. Ltd. is a Nepali importer, official distributor and installer based in Bhaktapur, trading since 1998. It began by installing Blue Heaven solar water heaters and now supplies solar panels, Coslight lithium batteries, heat pumps, kitchen chimneys and flooring, to dealers and wholesalers and directly to families.
Does a solar water heater work on cloudy or winter days?
Blue Heaven heaters use evacuated glass tubes that keep collecting heat in low light. For days with little sun, an optional 240V, 2000W electric backup element supplies hot water, so you are not left without a warm shower during the Nepali winter or monsoon.
How many tubes does my family need?
As a rough guide, plan about 45 litres of hot water per person per day, with about 10 litres per tube. That points to 15 tubes for 1 to 3 people, 20 for 4, 24 for 5, 30 for 6 to 7 and 36 for 8 to 9. IBEJA International confirms the right size before you buy.
What warranty does a Blue Heaven solar water heater have?
Blue Heaven solar water heaters carry a 10-year warranty on the collector and a 2-year warranty on the stainless steel tank. IBEJA International provides local installation support and after-sales service from its base in Bhaktapur, so help is close if you need it.
Does IBEJA International install outside Kathmandu Valley?
Yes. IBEJA International delivers and installs across Kathmandu Valley and nearby cities, and its team provides installation and maintenance support elsewhere in Nepal for products such as heat pumps. Tell us your location when you call or WhatsApp and we will confirm how we can serve you.
Should I choose a solar water heater or a heat pump?
A solar water heater uses sunlight and suits homes, schools and small hotels with roof space. A heat pump uses ambient air and can deliver consistent hot water in larger buildings such as hotels, hospitals and apartment blocks. IBEJA International supplies both and will advise on which suits you.
